Rock Fire Pit Insert
The Fire pit insert is a free standing steel fire pit that is made to have a rock or brick surround installed around it. The fire pit insert is made as a complete unit with a fire pit, a safety screen and a wood grate.
All of these components complete the fire pit and are made to work with
one another. The screen works perfect on the fire pit. The grate (Optional)
is made to work in the fire pit. It's the complete package EXCEPT for the
decorated rock or brick to surround the fire pit.

The Abrams Insert Is 48" in diameter. $999 with grate $1099

IF you are planning on building a rock fire pit you'll have to construct the brick or rock in such a way that it will support the fire and the heat. Then the safety screen sits on top of the rock ledge. Not with the fire pit insert. THe screen sits on top of the insert.
The Grill
The Grill shown here sitting on top of the grate is an added feature. This is a standard 22 1/5" Weber replacement grill that you can but at any Home Depot. It is an optional piece and does not come standard with the fire pit insert.
The Safety Screen
The Safety Screen has two doors that open out for full, easy access to the fire pit and grilling area.
The Firewood Grate
The Grate is modular in design. It has three legs, a log grate and six
spacers. You can move the spacers around and this will adjust how high the
grate is from the fire. And it's made to accept a 22" weber grill
